Manhattan Medicare Supplement Contracting
ManhattanLife Assurance Company of America is launching across the country.
This new product name will be replacing Western United Life and Manhattan Life Medicare Supplement in many states.
This product has unique features including a household discount (married or living with someone over 60) and increased compensation, both on regular plans and 4% even higher on Plan N.
This company is reinsured by Mutual of Omaha (do not use that in sales presentations) and has one of the easiest electronic applications in the industry.
No signatures are required. Manhattan Insurance Group is rated #112 in the Top 200 US Life/Health Insurers list from AM Best's Review Magazine.
There is a (quite liberal) height and weight chart for underwritten folks, and they have the same underwriting rules as Mutual of Omaha with regard to Diabetes (under 50 units of insulin will be considered if no more than 2 blood pressure meds and NO changes to any of these meds for 2 years).
Their launch states are in the map below, and include, as of July 1, 2020: AZ, AR, GA, IA, IN, LA, MI, NE, NV, SC, TN, WV
