1^st premium clears, Agent get 50% of annual commission upfront (6 months)

2^nd premium clears, Agent gets another 25% of annual commissions (3 months)

3^rd premium clears Agent gets another 12.5% of annual commissions (6 weeks)

Agent  gets the difference months 5-12
